How to Apply

Scholarships and grants are a great way to help offset part or all of your academic expenses while attending West Hills College. All scholarships are awarded on a two-semester basis. To apply, simply follow the criteria listed for each.
President’s Scholars Program

The President’s Scholars Program provides free tuition and book expenses to all California high school graduates with a 3.5 GPA or higher who plan on attending West Hills College.

Ed Marco Veterans Scholarship

West Hills College awards three Ed Marco Veterans Scholarships annually to full-time students with a 2.5 GPA or higher. Students who apply must not be eligible or qualify for GI benefits or currently be active duty service members.

Grants

Grants are financial aid that you don’t need to pay back. Grants usually come from your state, the federal government and colleges. Many of these grants are based on need, which means that they are based on your (and your family’s) financial circumstances.
